Our products can be shipped to France or Netherlands delivery times may vary from two to seven days.

French Flavor can not be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery. Each delivery is deemed made upon availability of the product (s) to the Buyer (delivering the product directly to the recipient or made available by post office). It is the Buyer’s check immediately at the time of receipt of goods, compliance and integrity of the product (s) shipped (s). Deliveries are insured by Colissimo Poste (France shipping) or by PostNL (Dutch shipping) with tracking number. The shipping fee is 7 Euros per item. Our products are protected by a zippable bag widely used in some Dutch shops then put into an reinforced envelope.
Pick up on site site is possible in Nantes and Amsterdam.

11.1. Force majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for the total or partial of its obligations under this contract non-performance, if such non-performance is caused by an event of force majeure.
